01 / Enterprise · Customer-experience analytics
Lead Product Designer, 2023–2024. A dense analytics platform used to understand customer experience across many data sources, by tens of thousands of daily users across hundreds of brands. I helped move it away from dashboard-first thinking toward workflows built around what people actually needed to understand and act on.

Complex internal banking tools where advisers compare opportunities, weigh risk and act on large volumes of financial information without losing context. IceBear designed Smart Risk and an internal support application directly for Credit Suisse. Martin's broader background here includes investment-platform work recognised with the Celent 2020 Model Wealth Manager award for Client Experience.

I'm Martin Puškáč, a senior product designer with 12+ years across banking, insurance, legal technology, enterprise software and AI-supported products. The challenge is rarely making an interface look better — it's making complex systems easier to navigate, easier to trust, and easier to make decisions in. I founded IceBear to work directly with product teams on that problem, without agency layers or handed-off delivery.
My work often starts before anyone should be drawing screens: understanding the business context, speaking with users and specialists, and separating symptoms from the underlying product problem. From there I can define the direction, design the critical experience, and stay involved as it moves into delivery. I can join for a focused engagement or stay involved through long-term product evolution, including ongoing design leadership for products such as the analytics platform Rankacy.
Complex products are rarely just an interface problem. I work across product, design and engineering — translating business rules, data structures and technical constraints into workflows people can actually use. A background in front-end development and software architecture helps me design solutions that stay realistic to build.
IceBear is deliberately small. The value isn't scale — it's direct senior involvement and long-term partnerships instead of one-off projects. Clients work with me, not around me.
