Privacy
IceBear (Martin Puškáč, IceBear s.r.o.) runs this site. This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the contact form.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company (optional), and your message — nothing else. This site doesn't use analytics or any third-party trackers.
Cookies
The form uses one cookie (PHPSESSID) — technically required so CSRF
protection (guarding against forged submissions) works, and so a resubmit shows a
success or error message instead of losing what you typed. It's set HttpOnly, Secure,
and SameSite=Lax, isn't used for tracking or analytics, and expires when you close your
browser.
What happens to it
Submitting the form sends an email directly to martin@icebear.sk. There's no database — the message lives only in that inbox, the same as if you'd emailed directly instead of using the form.
Alongside the email we may get a push notification that a new message arrived, so it doesn't sit unnoticed. It contains only the language the form was submitted in — not your name, email address, company or the message itself.
Hosting
This site is hosted by HostCreators (WebCreators, s.r.o.), a Slovak company subject to GDPR. The contact form sends its email through the same provider's mail server, so nothing passes through Google or any other third party. Like any website, it runs on a server that keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, in order to run and secure the server — we don't use those for analytics.
Your rights
Messages are kept as long as normal business correspondence and aren't shared with anyone beyond the hosting provider named above. To see, correct, or delete what's held about you, email martin@icebear.sk and it'll be taken care of.
